Meet Barbara Heil-Sonneck
Barbara brings a unique combination of international business experience and design expertise to every project. Before founding Design2Sell, she built a career in corporate strategy — a background that shapes our data-driven approach to staging. Every staging plan starts with buyer demographics, neighborhood comps, and price point analysis.
Her industry leadership includes serving as 2018 RESA Atlanta Chapter President, holding an HSRA Board of Advisors position, and earning the HSRA Mastery Level Achievement Award. Her designer's eye shapes target buyer profiles for each neighborhood and price point across Metro Atlanta.
