We are back at it again with the best home staging in Atlanta! Our Design2Sell team, led by Melissa Piccirillo, was on their game this week helping Realtors Jim Getzinger and Joel Desmarteau get a classic Buckhead estate staged and ready to sell. Located at 1585 West Paces Ferry Road, this luxury Atlanta home is priced at $2.2 million. At Design2Sell, we know staging is one of the most important steps in selling a home. Cozy Sitting Area
The first room we tackled in this luxury home was a cozy sitting area. Capitalizing on the abundance of natural light coming from the large windows and the crisp white walls, we drew contrast from multiple pieces. A large black armoire sits in the corner of the room, opposite a black suede couch. Other black accents in this room include decorative pillows, an end table and a modern paining. The wall art also includes bright yellow to add a pop of color to the room.
Elegant Dining Room
Another section of the house we staged was the elegant dining room. A simple wooden table sits in the center of the room with six armless gray chairs around it. At either end of the table, we placed high-back gray cushioned chairs. This breaks up the uniformity surrounding the classic dining table. Decoration in this room stayed at a minimum with a large mirror to help open up the room, a green centerpiece and a tall painting featuring neutral colors. The use of simple, faded colors in this room help the bright green from the centerpiece and the warm yellows from the light fixtures pop.
Classic Living Room
A third room we staged was the living room. This room features classic white couches with black and green throw pillows. The green theme shows throughout the room. This is represented in the form of a large painting, a tall artificial plant and a small flower arrangement on the coffee table. Black accents lay purposefully around the room in the form of wall art and an elegant piano.
One of our favorite rooms staged in this classic Buckhead estate was the study. Featuring neutral colors throughout including a white area rug, a large abstract paining and various desk accessories, this room doesn’t need much as far as decoration is concerned because the main centerpiece is the desk. This unique piece features a glass top with a wooden stand made to look like pieces of an old tree. Keeping the other items in the room simple helps accentuate this feature piece.
