Over my 20-year career in the real estate industry, I have drawn from both past and new experiences, working internationally with Fortune 500 companies and small businesses. As a serial entrepreneur, savvy real estate investor, and award-winning designer with a passion for travel, I have built a diverse and rich professional journey.

Traveling is my passion; yoga, hiking and reading is my serenity place; skiing is the sport I love most and every year I challenge myself to learn something new.

Emiliya Gotzian
Operations & Marketing Director
Interior Design has always been a passion and hobby of mine, so joining HomeDesign2Sell feels like a natural next step. With my experience working at Siemens AG and 12 years of successfully running my own business in Europe, I’m excited to contribute to the success of Design2Sell.

Outside of work, I enjoy practicing Yoga and Pilates, spending time in nature, and attending concerts and theater performances. I’m a sociable person with a wide circle of friends, so my weekends are often filled with various activities and gatherings.

Barbara Ader
Designer Project Manager
After a successful career as a fashion buyer for Macy's, I decided to return to my hometown, Atlanta and wanted a new challenge. My passion for design and planning made the emerging home staging business a natural choice. I am the Design Project Manager and my focus includes matching designers to stages, maintaining the branding standards, inventory buying, and staging luxury homes. The best part of my job is working with the amazing team at Design2sell. They are so creative and passionate. We work with an amazing group of luxury realtors partnering with them to sell their clients' homes faster and for more profit.

My weekends include walks with my husband and our 90 lb energetic golden retriever, cozying up with a mystery and a good chardonnay, and then off to try the new restaurants in Roswell and Alpharetta.

Michelle Hash
Designer
I’ve had a lifelong love of design and interior spaces. After a corporate career in home furnishings, I took time off from my career to focus on my family and children. I happily joined the D2S design team in January of 2019 and love staging homes. To be able to create interior spaces that are inspiring and delightful while helping clients maximize their home’s potential has been incredibly rewarding to me.

Interior Designer
I’m, proud graduate of the New York School of Interior Design (NYSID) in New York City, with 12 years of experience in the design field. My passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces began in childhood when I would gather materials from around the house to build forts and design luxurious penthouses for my Barbies—showing my love for design from the start! When I’m not immersed in design, I’m out in nature, enjoying scenic hikes or daily walks through my local parks. My creativity extends beyond interior design; I love sewing, especially when I find unique fabrics that inspire my projects. I’m also dedicated to maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular workouts, and I find joy in experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes. These passions and experiences fuel my creativity, inspiring the thoughtful and personalized spaces I create for my clients.

Lexia Snow
Interior Designer
I’m an artist at heart! My mom taught me all about color, fabric, and let my creativity have no limits when I was a kid. I went on to get a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art and a Master's Degree in Computer Art. I lived in New York City for many years and was able to not only see all kinds of inspiration for great design in every medium, but also worked with various artists and interior designers. While my route to interior design is a nontraditional one, I understand all the elements of design. More importantly, though, I love taking a space and making it functional and beautiful. Nothing makes me happier than seeing a client love their space. Interior Design is truly an art form!

Hi I'm Annabelle! I studied interior decorating at Emory and am living my dream working with Design 2 Sell. My main goal is to help people find a space that feels like home. Showcasing my creativity in each home I style is something I am so passionate about!
Waymond Garrett
Senior Logistics Coordinator
I'm the senior logistics coordinator and I also maintain the warehouse here at Design2sell. I've been working for Design2Sell for 4 years now and I can honestly say that it's been a learning experience. It's a family, friendly environment and we all get along really well.
Kordell Killens
Logistics
I enjoy anything that deals with weightlifting, working out etc.. I like all music genres. One of the most exciting things I've done is skydiving and traveling to a different country for 2 weeks.
